These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Run From Rot and this website. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.

Game data and virtual items

Run From Rot includes missions, experience, levels, movement miles, encounters, and arsenal items. They are virtual game elements with no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the service, and may be adjusted to maintain balance or fix errors. Arsenal items are subject to the one-time claim rules shown in the app.

Safe movement

The app is entertainment and is not medical or safety advice. Pay attention to your surroundings, obey local laws, do not use the app while driving, and choose activity appropriate for your health. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unwell. You are responsible for deciding where and how you move.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing content, or submit images you do not have permission to use.

Content and feedback

You retain rights to content you submit. You give us permission to process it as needed to provide the requested features. Feedback may be used without restriction to improve the service.

Availability and changes

The service may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. We may add, remove, or rebalance missions and features. We will not be liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Run From Rot and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security reasons, or violation of these Terms.
